A dedicated group of public servants, most employees are veterans themselves. VA employees work to serve the veteran, not just to bring home a paycheck.🇺🇸

ER staff were excellent. Kris (sp) and Erin(sp) were my nurses and were excellent. Got moved upstairs to 3 North C Pod and it went downhill fast. Worst care I’ve ever had while in any hospital. Waited an hour for a Tylenol pill for a headache. Was supposed to have blood drawn at 2am it’s currently 2:53am and no blood draw yet. Nursing staff on this pod are either on their phones or surfing the internet.
