They need to have more staffing who cares about the veterans needs and work on a solution instead of giving poor services we veterans earn our rights to be treated like human beings not like we are aliens

The service here is horrible. The people behind the desk treat the veterans like garbage. Average wait time and time spent at this location is roughly four hours per visit. Any walk-ins will spend a longer time and might not even see there primary care doctor.

I've been calling the women's clinic about 3 times a day for the past 3 weeks, the machine would say that the line was busy and would hang up. Today I just decided to drive up there to see what was going on and to try to make my appointment. I asked if their lines were down and the women at the desk told me that the number had changed. The new ext. Is (6331) if anyone needs it. They also told me that I wasn't a patient there anymore, that I would have to be seen at a different clinic. I have been on hold for 2 hours 7 minutes waiting to talk to the cardio team. One would think that they would have several people to answer the phone. Glad I only have a question to ask, it would only take 1 minute. Hanging up at 2 hours 10 minutes. When you see the staff they are great!
