I have been trying to get a mental health appt for my ptsd scheduled for a YEAR now. Was transfered from the womens team to the teal team. You would think that black female doctors would know that their demograhic gets the worst healthcare, and take their jobs seriously and their black female patients. Teal team is okay besides a few mouthy nurses. Community care is just as bad if not worse than the VA in general. I should not feel like i need to move to get better care...im sorry, any care. In general I have had no good exp... read more

Before you come here be prepared for a anxiety attack because Everything’s a runaround. Then they’ll send you 20 minutes away to university blvd where no one knows anything there either. The VA will disappoint you every time. Additional insurance is worth every penny. I’m so nervous sitting here about to get my blood drawn...I don’t trust them at all. Not to mention the time they falsely diagnosed me with herpes and treated me with a herpes prescription but it was actually a painful CYST that needed to be drained

Employees take prime parking spaces while vets struggle to find a spot. Do they not have designated employee parking??????

As a vet who has had nothing but bad experiences with the VA I was so pleased with my care upon arrival. everyone was welcoming. The facility is clean and bright. I can definitely see where you could assist your employees with a better system instead of still using paper trail to keep track of stuff but DEFINITELY better than I have experienced before. it's nice to know I found a helpful facility who are genuinely there for vets because so many work there. thank you for serving those who serve!

We have been treated very well at this center. The wait to get in to some of the clinics is still to long. Getting okay to use outside facilities is to long also.
