Shout out to Jacksonville’s VA audio department...... they gave my 91 year old WW2 vet father inlaw his hearing back. It has truly been a life changing moment in his and our lives. I try hard to give people the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes I feel the VA gets a bad wrap. Then again, I’ve learned in the past year or so that every VA is different…and that is an understatement. Sadly, the VA system in the Jacksonville area is in dire need of some changes. Oh my goodness. I believe some VA employees really do care about veterans. Need more parking, but is a very good VA clinic. It helps our Veterans.
It just seems like every time I go to physical therapy the people upfront want to treat me like a second class citizen
FB page states open at 0730. It’s now 0815 and your voicemail states closed. It’s a holiday so I assume you’re closed. Post something to the effect. I needed ER visit
