Glad they have the War Related Illness and Injury Study Center here. They offer many great programs. I'm just getting started in the program. Glad they haven't forgotten us
Special thanks and gratitude to Dr. Deanne Hall-Jones for her continuing and dedicated service to all veterans, especially my husband, who has received the best care at the VAMC-DC AudiologyDepartment. Also grateful to Michelle Gibson, Ernest Hernandez, Karen at Charlotte Hall Audiology, and many others who provide outstanding care and a positive attitude whenever we visit!
The Women's clinic is by far the best that I have ever been to. The experience was wonderful, not the typical reaction for an annual visit, I must say. The lady from India...Stephen was phenomenal! She should teach a class on patient care!!! Thank you for the great service!
I used to work at the Washington VA Medical Center in the early to late 90's.
I must say though that I was a emergency walk in with no appointment and I was seen pretty quickly and taken care of with no problems unlike what u hear at some of the other VA medical centers around the country!! Great job!!
Some employees were courteous and some were rude and unhelpful.

He's a 92 year old double leg amputee from a land mine in Sicily and they've kept him pretty healthy, alive, and well cared for in his own home for many years and counting.
I Understand why the government outsourced shore duty galleys- u don't have to pay someone a pension and benefits if u can just have a company come in and pay people minimum wage with no benefits however, this is the VA and these staff and patients deserve better than some of the food being served in the basement of the VA.... at 10 am lunch was being set up and the corn on the cob appeared to be leftover from yesterday - and the other vegetables were so overcooked they were a very pale green...come on step up your game offe... read more
