The customer service and professionalism Ive seen at the VA center in DC is the best I've ever had in the medical field. And my Doctors, Nurses and Staff on the Orange team are incredible. I know there's a lot of chatter about the service in other locations, but they are not representative at the DC VA. Thanks for all you've done Orange team!!

Thank you DCVAMC social media team for your awesome customer service!! I'm an active duty Marine with Wounded Warrior Regiment. I had an issue getting to my C&P appt due to icy/snowy weather today, so I tried to get help the traditional way by calling in... and ended up being on hold for over 3 hrs. I tried calling a couple more times and got fed up. Then tried social media and within 30min of your social media team's reply, the Chief of C&P ended up calling me and taking care of me. I'm truly impressed. Thank you!

This is not the way Veterans deserve to be treated. We are organizing a peaceful protest against the treatment of Veterans by the DC VAMC as well as the entire Veteran's Affairs Administration. The way we are treated is deplorably and needs to change. Two thousand and one four is the year veterans will not stand for it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get the word out.
