Today, I was verbally abused at the hospital by two veterans and I came as a caregiver for my brother. SMH. VA Police need to be outside protecting our property and safeguarding our parking spaces instead of harassing the veterans in the Emergency Room.
The Wash DC Hospital needs to police it's Patient parking lot..Myself and others veterans watch the parade of Washington Hospital personnel and visitors walk back and forth to their cars all day long..yet us veterans have to ride around for extended amounts of time trying to find a space...pls fix this. The Contract company did an excellent job.
VA Hospital was instrumental in saving my life. I was 500 miles from home, with a reluctant habit picked up on my journey called life. I was helped out of the woods by a lady named Carmelita Witherspoon. 3C North and the wonderful fearless, employees handled patients with no problems. I owe my life to VA and God; I can't take credit for the transformation.
The employees there just make shit up when they don't know the answer to a question. You would think they get off there asses and find the correct answer.
Best medical care and teamwork! To all the doctors, nurses, staff, to the people who cleaned my room, made my food, and delivered it, I can't thank you enough. You all took a devasting health problem, and made it somewhat bearable.
I think this is so helpful! Many Veterans don't have a clue as to where to seek this type of help. You've pointed them in the right direction. Thanks again.

Some of the people who are in place for our health care are arrogant, unfeeling and jealous to and of us veterans. When you seek help about this from the patient advocate or the director, Mr Hawkins, all you get is a lot of wasted time and frustration.
Lady at 2B ENT Clinic is extremely rude and watches YOUTUBE videos and ignores Veterans. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Rankin two weeks ago for my knee. It's extremely swollen and bruised. Now they are telling me there is no record of my appointment! What the Hell is going on around here?!
