Overall great experience, with exception of the camera shoved in both nostrils, but hey, it's what had to be done.
I had five appointments with one cancelled to another day and the Lab was a none scheduled. I checked into the remaining appt early and completed all of them ahead of scheduled time.

The va need some improvements as does private hospitals but they are grossly understaffed

Things have changed for better in the last few years at the VA clinics and hospitals as far as I can tell. I remember spending hours hours in a clinic for a 15 minute appointment, and having doctors and nurses that cares less and seemed very poorly qualified. Not these days.
