The ICD clinic and the Heart Failure Team is remarkable. They have always been very kind and respectful to my Wife and I. I have the best Doctors and Nurses and Tech support a person could have. As an Orthopedic PA myself I understand the time and care of patients which others may not get. These people along with my Heart Doctors in the Hampton VA saved my life and for that I will always be grateful.
I have been fortunate to have great providers (Drs)...Support staff..no! Most are rude, flippant, uncaring predictable government employees with a project mentality. .sorry that's the way it is. My clinic is good as far as my doctor. The clinic itself is disgusting. ..dirty, dated and full of unpleasant non veteran government employees. The whole building seems to have more employees than patients/vets!
I went to the ER there was no wait which was a good thing I see why all he did was look at my feet and said clip my nails now I'm still in pain I could not believe the treatment I got
I started here in January as a Patient for my HORRIBLE back pain sustained in service. Dr. Ida Foster in the Green Clinic is my doctor. She has no compassion. She is rude and only cares about keeping to her afternoons off. She fights me on everything and took away the only things that helped me. I am now fighting to change doctors. I had an MRI that was supposed to be under full anesthesia and instead they shoved me in the machine with no anesthesia and caused me to have a full panic attack and then severely injured my back ... read more
You guys keep reporting me for giving you 1 star. Welp, here it is again. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves trying to censor me and violate my 1st amendment rights. Maybe instead of trying to cover things up, and calling fb police you can improve your service, & no one would have a reason to give 1 star.
This is a very good hospital. Despite this time of VA hospital troubles, the Richmond VA hospital is a competent place with a caring and supportive staff.
The visit today was very good. I went along with my husband because i had questions. One thing I've found out is if you don't ask they don't tell. I ASK. I would like to see the patient given a discharge paper explaining the visit besides saying "follow up" to what?? I'll be attending his major appointments so U, the patient and his family are well advised. Think about it.
