I've been gone to Maguire since 2006, my care has been top notch, no complaints here.
It the best VA hospital around. My husband use to go to Hampton Va. VA hospital and the service there where not good.
The parking was crazy. But I was in and out in less than an hour.
It's a beautiful place and everyone is very helpful and Happy and very concerned for the well being of the veterans
The team at McGuires VA were very efficient, professional, and caring. They do an amazing job with the resources they have. The Facility is undergoing a parking revitalization, which will greatly serve everyone.

What I have noticed over the last years of using the Richmond VA is that the nurses and Doctors I have used or come in contact with are doing a good to great job...the problem lies with the civilian support staff, while many do their job, many not only don't do their jobs while creating a hostile, disrespectful, dishonest environment towards the veterans. I am registered in 5 different VA's across 3 states and find the Richmond VA the worst, while the Salem VA being the BEST...
