I was treated like a number, a statistic. I NEEDED mental HELP and got NONE! I left feeling WORSE than I did before I got there. Guess I'll be just another statistic

This time was better then the last one as my husband seemed like the pain was not near as bad as the last time, waiting 2 weeks for biopsy results is stressful. Last time I felt like they just wanted him gone a quickly as possible, he was in a lot of pain and really out of it, sick in his stomach, and barely aware when they put him in a wheelchair and sent us out. I never feel that they are giving us all the answers as to what is going on and have told my husband I feel we need a second opinion. I feel they are very careful ... read more

I've had good experiences so far except they need a better direction to get to the ER while they are working on the parking lot, it was an awful experience . What Veteran workers and patients better realize is that how you treat others comes back around in life so be kind to everyone regardless but just take action for unsatisfactory service in a dignified way. Bless you all...GP

Parking is awful, but understand what's going on.Dont like the wait period, but unfortunately a lot of vets need to come, veterans are not told the programs to save money, some of the people in office gave a holier-than-thou mindset

My husband is a veteran of Desert Storm. He now deals with debilitating cluster headaches. This was the 2nd time in 8 hours being in the ER. 1. They are slow as a snail. 2. They don't care what kind of pain you are in. 3. The govt doesn't want to compensate for the problems they cause. I can't stand the VA.

I'm so sorry that a lot of vets are being treated badly..... but I cannot jump on the bandwagon! My dr in the Yellow Clinic takes great care of me.... I have never been treated badly. There have been long lines.... long time waiting on Meds and my Car, but those things are expected..... I Thank God for my VA💚

My care was excellent as always but the 20 minutes looking for a parking spot and the 11 min walk to the building from the parking lot took away from the pleasure I usually have with my visits. I was in pain by the time I got to my appointment.
