Some staff people are really great, some have bad days. All my visits are successful. I learn something new each visit, some good mostly. The staff having bad days should call off sick, then, I'd give you a 5. Maybe have an attitude check could help. Ask your co-worker how you feeling. Or let someone know you hurt inside. Or get a exlax....lol
This hospital has been extremely great for me and to me. I've never had any problems with appointments and treatment. It's really has help me with health issue. Continue the good work, there are many veterans that need you.
My brother received a heart transplant here. The staff is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. The staff of 2 F ROCKS
The RVA VAMC has helped me both physically & mentally! As a recovering addict & homeless for a period of time, my body & mind had both fallen away... It took a while, because I was resistant, but all my care providers have stood by me the entire way ✌️
Richmond VA Medical Center is awesome. The team of doctors is working really hard to help my husband get better. The nurses in ICU is very helpful and great. Everyone is friendly here at the hospital. They take time to listen to me. They explain and help me to understand. They helped me find a place to stay while I am here. This is the first time coming here to the medical center. It is huge very clean and nice. Thanks for looking out for our veterans and supporting them.
