i have received treatment at hunter holmes mental health clinic for the last year and i wanted to say customer service and employee attitudes have noticably improved over the last few months. i sought treatment through the fayetteville va for over a year, no one ever picked up the phone and i was released without treatment even after having myself admitted to the emergency room. i believe the president's same day mental health care initiative will save veteran's lives. thank you for all that you do.
Excellent care, as always. Had to wait for my appointment in the Neurosurgery speciality clinic, which was unusual.
I am very glad to say that the folks at the VA have been nothing but kind, courteous, and respectful to my father (and to myself as I accompany him to his appointments).
I had a 1pm appointment, to get there only to find out that provider did not come to work that day. I did not receive a phone call from the staff at all. To make matters worse it was in the mental health clinic.
There alot of true medical professionals located here with the true heart for the Veteran welfare and health..
Thank you to all the excellent surgeons, nurses and staff that took great care of me. Thank you all!!!!!!
