I have had outstanding care experience at this VA compared to the one in Nashville, TN. Waiting times for appointments are better and the staff I encountered are very tentative and caring. I received the best care as a newly disabled Veteran here in four years.
I have never been frustrated to tears but thanks to the Cleveland VA I was pushed to that level this morning. I have never had to deal with such WORTHLESS customer service in my life. Your facilities might be clean and pretty but the people you hire are the most rude and lazy beings on earth. Whenever I prepare to make an appointment for my husband I make sure to set aside 3 to 4 hours to put up with your runaround. They do not answer your questions . You ask for a dept they never answer the phone. My Wife has had a open wound on and off for three years with an infection,they say its not. Very dissatisfied with them I don't recommend them at all. .

Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful at the Cleveland VA. I feel like they are part of my extended family.

I think I want to work here
All I have to say is my Uncle has been at this hospital for several weeks. The Nurse noticed an infection in his leg and they determine it had to be amputated immediately. That was two weeks ago and they still have not done the surgery. Not to mention they have not given him much medicine nor have they talked to my family. We had been very patient but when it comes to someones life you can only be patient for so long. The nurses and doctors are now Refusing to talk to any of my family members.
