The staff was very professional and courteous.....
ER was pretty empty, even for a Sunday afternoon. Staff was very helpful and polite. Really listened to my chief complaint. Having been a medic for over 10 years I had a pretty good idea what was wrong and what I needed. They listened and did exactly that. Saw the doctor quickly and was in/out in less than an hour. Best experience this far.
They did a wonderful job on my dad, the staff are friendly and informative and sincere, God Bless America! !!

Since Fox8 is going to use the money from their FoxTrot to benefit the Cleveland VA Medical Center, why is there NO promotional materials located anywhere in the hospital? Why is there NO mention of this event on your Facebook page or in your "Events" section? Hopefully, in the future, the FoxTrot money can be used for a more appreciative cause.
Been here waiting 1:05 so far, both waiting area's full the whole time
First experince not a good one. My husband was suppose to have heart cath at 10:00 it is 13:00 and still waiting. I have been here 5 hours and no update on when this might happen. Columbus is much better!
I am sick. I just got off the phone with a supposed VA Patient Advocate from Parma OH all she does is recite policies and rules nothing about helping me ever was mentioned. My primary care provider is there in Parma I used to live in Cleveland but now in PA and I want to be seen at the Youngstown clinic my PCP Hedlund refuses to help me, she gave me a tube of cream last year and now the condition is worse and I feel, sick, dizzy weak.
