Was there for over an hour as a wall in as we're others there were ones that came in after me and were taken before me I walked out, they pisssssssed me off. ����
Put through some pain found out left hand carpal tunnel elbow arthritis now I know where my pain is coming from
over all ok, Doctors on time. feel it's a little to hard to see anyone other then Primary care.
I think, that the Cleveland VA Medical Center has a top rating when it comes to caring for the, Veterans. The Veterans, are our first priority .I have been working with the Veterans for 17 Year's .The Veterans has always been my top priority. The Veterans Have been a big impact on my life .I am proud to say that I work for the VA.
I've been going to Louis Stokes Cleveland for a number of years. Staff. Care. Surgeons. Facility. Food. All have been excellent. They put us up at Hilton Doubletree for driving so far. Then my sister in law again when I stayed over.
No matter what the diagnosis they are always courteous, kind and want what's best for us. Have had experiences with several depts. and doctors. They're all the same. The very best. The only complaint is with calling for appointments. The wait time is long, the answering time is long and I have been switched to the wrong dept. and even to places (?) that no one answered even though not lunch time and within the 9-4:30 business hours. Such a warm and caring hospital. Always feel like my veteran is receiving the best of care.
All the people were so nice and this hospital is so beautiful i love how when u have an appointment u have to check in with a computer we here in akron dont have this yet and i absolutely 💘 the medication robot now everything was great even right when u walk through the doors the receptionist at the front desk was a very kind caring man who helped me get my phone on ur wifi he was so busy and i told him i was so sorry for bothering him and he said oh no u are not bothering me at all this is what im here for i was just shock... read more
I have been to this VA hospital so much in the last year that, the ER staff knows me. My husband who has cirrhosis of liver, Dementia, PTSD just to name a few. He broke his ankle last Christmas (2015) and the Dr's just cast it and kept him off his feet for over 6 months, he's has been to 3 different Nursing homes because they never have room at Care Tower's.. So they say, we are here once again and he is currently admitted to hospital and being taken care of for his liver. (Dr's for 4th floor are Great). BUT ONCE AGAIN HE NE... read more
