All the staff there are so helpful from the doctors to the cleaning staff,they care about you no matter what your problem is�
Wish I could give this a -5 stars. I've never seen so much blatant lying, lack of compassion, incompetent people in all my life. Ive been to several of my sons appointments. Other than his psyche doctor there is no one capable of treating my sons condition. He has asked numerous times since last Fall to be referred outside for a specialst that the VA doesn't provide. Always being promised, nothing is in the system yet. In the meantime, he is losing weight due to his condition not being treated and being sent on wild goose ch... read more
I had a great experience with a wonderful staff attending to my needs.
I'm not familiar with the campus, the parking, or even the best ways to approach the facility. So my problems are not with the facilty or the staff. The care I have received has always been positive, respectful, and professional. But, I get lost every time I have to go there. Lost on the streets, lost in the parking structure, then confused until I can locate a directory. I just need to learn my way around.
Our experience with the VA here in Cleveland has been exceptional. My father has been treated with the utmost respect. They have been thorough and efficient.
First time there, only bad part was the wait......, very thourogh and did not feel rushed at all. Nurses were very attentive and the doctor spent quality time with me and did not leave until all questions were answered.
The medical clinic itself I've never experienced any problems while going to my husband's appointments but the emergency depemart is a joke! When we arrived there my husband told them he had a kidney stone but yet we spent 6 hours total there, that is inexcusable and uncalled for! Only reason we even went there (which is a hour and a half away from our home) is because we can't go to a local hospital and the VA cover the bill but I and my husband rather pay the thousands of dollars from a local hospital from now on instead o... read more

It's all good, even tho I also have very sad memories there when my dad use to frequent that place while he was still alive. Now I bring my husband ♡♡♡
