So far so good. Staff has been really great! More than courteous. Food could be healthier... (standard american diet) but no complaints.
Excellent care due to the health professionals lead by a Great Director!
Not that I was overly excited about getting a sleep study, but all of my medical care has been fabulous with the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. I've been there dozens of times over the last three years and all experiences have been positive.
They did an excellent job on my Fathers open heart surgery!! So glad he's pulled through and is in recovery now !!
When I call and leave message for my doctor, she calls back within 24 hours u like when i was being treated at Cleveland Clinic! Cleveland Clinic wanted to charge me $5000 for a hearing aide ( to help with tinnitus in right ear damaged in Vietnam) VA gave me 2 (free) 1 pair glasses (free).. VA Hospital much better!!!
Typical VA. Some people are great, some are treacherous. Overall, VA system is antiquated and lacks any common sense. The records release department at Louis Stokes was extremely rude. Couldn't bother to help me for 60 seconds.
