I am very disappointed and aggravated regarding my CATARACT appointment that was scheduled for JUN 30, 2017, @ 12:30 pm at the Cleveland Stokes VA Hospital. They took my eye photos, that took 5 minutes and subsequently, I waited an additional 1 1/2 hrs ( 1:45) and still NO one called me for my late appointment, and I left not knowing when I was going to be seen. There was another Veteran that was there one longer than me. The disgusting and aggravating part was that NO came out and said a word about the appointments running ... read more
