Dr Wong saved my dads life!!!!! He was amazing and should be recognized but the care he receives from the staff is nothing above average :(
I have been bringing my wife's grandfather down to the eye clinic for about 4 months now every two weeks! And every time we sit and wait a hour to a hour and half past his appointment every time not just once but every time...i completely understand things happen... but 8 times is not excusable! I have seen multiple people get upset and leave because of making them wait so long after having an appointment. Remind you family has to bring most patients to the eye clinic! I never have to wait past my appt time. Everyone greets me with a smile. Treatment is excellent.
Have U used Your Patient advocate if you have not used one I would recommend Jamie, she has always helped me and I see her more often now to give kudos to an employee who has gone above and beyond. In the last year I have spent an average of 3.2 days a week in Va facilities / clinics. perhaps because i am seen so often or because I speak up to the right people and thank those who help me, fellow vets and employees and report appropriately short comings of the care I receive.
