Visited for the first time. It would of been nice to get directions as to where offices were. Had to interrupt two employees, Cecilia was her name, who was very helpful and took the time to walk us to where we needed to go. Thank you again Cecilia! A map would have been helpful, like the Cleveland Clinic?

Actually I tried to avoid the VA hospital, but now that I have had my op here, I totally have s new persoective, the nurses where great and my Doc appears to have been over qualified, so grateful he is here... food sucks tho, lol
Had surgery today to reattach my quad muscle to my knee. Never in my life have I ever had such wonderful treatment. Every single person treated me with respect and dignity. Could not have asked for anything more.
You have got to be joking. Had a 9 a.m. appointment to get injections at the Cleveland VA that I checked in for at 8:30. An hour and ten minutes waiting and they come out and tell me the medicine won't be in until 10:30 and likely won't be ready until 11:30 or later. Then because they keep putting less and less people in this clinic I'll have to wait for a nurse to be called from another area to pick it up and come back and give the shots. I'm about done with these games, I'm going to start aggressively complaining any time ... read more
