Based on previous experience, we were both dreading my husband's appt at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center this morning but I gotta say, I was very impressed with the improvements since his last appt forever ago. Facilities were clean and modern, Dr was great, staff were friendly and professional...appt was at 8, took him back at 8:05 and at 8:30 we were walking back to the parking garage, free parking btw. Hearing aides fitted and ordered, pick up Aug 7th. Not a single complaint. So very different than years ago.... read more
I want to Thank all who helped take care of my brother Doug Sexton, he was in bad shape when he came to you, and now the improvement in him his amazing and knowing he can go home instead of the Nursing home where he didn;t get the care he needed is a blessing

The VA always seems to get a bad rap, and I've avoided using my benefits for the majority of my life.........but I have to say everything I've experienced here has been top notch and 1st rate. I probably wouldn't be alive today without the Louis Stokes Medical Center and the quality care they provide. They found my Cancer early, removed it quickly, and have addressed every medical concern in a timely and professional manner. Who could ask for anything more?
Last Monday I had my sinus cavities scraped and cleaned. A two and a half hour procedure turned into almost six, but I can breathe normally and expect a full recovery. Dr. Chhabra’s ENT team did a great job. There are no finer medical people on earth .
