Testing on dogs are you??!! There’s PLENTY of pedophiles and death row inmates. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Especially when you promote service dogs. Yet ANOTHER reason I can NOT stand this hospital. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

My father has been a patient at this location for close to 2 years and yesterday he had his first surgery. I cannot say enough about the entire staff of this facility. They are the most caring and compassionate group of medical professionals I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I thank you for your care and professionalism in caring for my father. Additionally my mother and I were treated with respect and compassion during this stressful time. Thank you
The staff there is excellent at what it does. My son had 2 surgeries back to back and God gave the victory, then the staff took over to get him ready to go home at the right time. Doctors, nurses, PA's, housekeeping, all of them are angels as far as I am concerned. They all took care of my son.
Really, Veterans remain a priority. What a load if BS. I went to the Dental Clinic Friday, because I have a broken tooth, in a lot of pain. I drove just under 100 miles because that's the distance from my house. I get there, check in and told to sit and wait, I waited well over 45 minutes for the lady to tell me that I need to go to first floor admin and get some paperwork showing I'm 100 % service connected, that was another 30 minute wait. I go back up stairs to dental and wait another 20 minutes. I go back, they do x-rays... read more

It was great how I was treated. Witch made me proud to be a veteran. I had 2 major surgery’s there. If it wasn’t for all of the staff. I might not be here today. Thank you all. 👍🙏🏼
Nursing staff 1st and Doctors from all those fine hospitals and schools in Cleveland...Just don't like to travel from my home in Shelby....
