Recommendedninety-nine percent of the time you're going to get treated good and you're going to have a good experience but if you have to see pain management be prepared it's a long brutal road because they don't like to help you very much
This place is insane, we veterans are nothing more than a number in a system. I have dealt with oncolgy hemotology ID and several other drs to still have no answers as to why I have zero white blood cells and chronic pain. I have lost my job, my vehicle and barely have money to eat due to this chronic pain and being admitted weeks on end within the hospital. even tho I have applied for hardship I am now denied any scheduling because of a means test. last years income does not reflect current situations brought on by the hosp... read more
The worst Health Care on the planet! I’m a veteran and so is my fiancé, and I’d never go VA because I see the lack of care he gets. Their “standards” are unacceptable, they are the most inconvenient lazy options for care I’ve ever hear of!
I have always had amazing care with Cleveland VA. lately though with my conditions worsening, i have reached out for a second opinion because the VA has no answers. After running every test known to them they still can not come up with reasons that I have this ailment.

Rude ER doctor, long wait times, cancelled appointments and tests without reason. The bad press is justified!
I have received the best care possible there. I was impressed with the friendly personnel and the state of the art equipment.
