My step dad passed away in hospice at the va in Cleveland. The nurses were absolutely awful!!! Rude and not supportive. Wouldn’t let him do any of his last wishes even though they knew he was going to pass that night. Absolute Awful experience. I wouldn’t bring my dog here.

Their claim review board is totally unfair. Caused me to get turned over to a collection agency by a hospital I had to go to the ER twice . I followed ALL VA PROTOCAL, IT WAS AN EMERGENCY, I AM 100% P& T SCHEDULAR...THE VA OWES THE MONEY NOT ME
