Dr. Neal Peachy is a disgusting human being. All the negative press he gets you would thing that these morons who run the place would fire the guy. I hope he gets back what he does to innocent animals he tests on. He surely deserves it. This hospital for Veterans is a disgrace and shameful for all who must use it.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend the Cleveland VA to anyone. I went there and asked for help so I was checked in the psych ER which was an absolute dump. I understand it’s the psych ER, you sleep on hospital chairs, there is zero privacy, there were me and two other guys and they would come in and ask us in front of everyone personal and medical questions. I saw two doctors who and I am going to put this as nicely as I can, they were extremely rude and said I was going to go home then I wasn’t. It was a giant mind game for them... read more

Sat on hold for 77 minutes after calling 5 different numbers because the number provided disconnects callers. The fifth number I called was still incorrect, but she was nice enough to force my call into the hold que. 77 minutes late the gentleman I spoke with was rude short and unhelpful. The information I have sent THREE times was only partially received, it was mailed.... in the same envelope.... and is still 180 days out from processing.
