RecommendedGreat nursing staff.Doctors are professional and courteous
multiple mistakes, poor communication, lack of care for patient's rights. Once you walk through those doors you are expected to not question and do what ever they say with no explanation. I recommend an ear tag with your last 4 as that is all you are to them check your individuality and humanity at the door. Still don't know the Dr's name who we saw today... she never told us!
I've had a hip replaced, two heart can the and most recently spent almost a month there following a stroke and have received top-notch care through the system.

Had two heart stents and abdominal aortic stent surgery nursing and staff all phenomenal food sucked dietician and kitchen manager need to be replaced for Veterans it’s the place
My brother, a Viet Nam era vet has received excellent medical/surgical care from all providers at this facility as well as at Parma CBOC. Cleveland area vets as well as those residing at the Sandusky Veterans Home/SNF/Nsg home divisions receive excellent care, provided with respect and compassion from all professionals, non-professionals and volumes of volunteers. Many of you may also be vets so thank you for your service as well as the services you provide to our beloved family members.

The Cleveland Va Medical Center is a place where I worked for 34 years. Most of my career was serving Spinal Cord Veterans, while the VA has good and bad (like all medical facilities ) I must confess -when it comes to caring for Veterans they have done a great job!! The Veterans received specialized care and the nurses and physicians are able to meet the various specialized needs that the veterans so proudly deserve! Serving the veterans has been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. I truly missed those guys. M... read more
