The Cleveland VA Medical Center was instrumental in me receiving a double lung transplant through the Cleveland Clinic. Thanks to the efforts of the VA transplant team, Olga, Erin and Dr. Faress. In addition the Pulmonary physical therapy personnel got me helped me to lose the weight needed to qualify for the transplant list.
Why do you feel the need to experiment on poor innocent puppies , kittens , and monkeys etc for spinal cord procedures , in this day and age why are innocent animals being tortured for the purpose of medical they must be other ways .. you have to be a certain type of person to do this job , no feelings of you can walk into a lab and look into the eyes of these poor animals why you do awful things to them for science heartless and unnecessary this has to stop !! Find other ways without using animals
What the Louis Stokes VA is doing to dogs is horrific. I would never recommend or support an organization that severs dogs spines. There are so many testing alternatives these days. The fact that they would intentionally inflict so much pain and suffering, and then kill innocent animals is appalling.
Animal torture and abuse behind closed doors. All done in the name of so-called science. You have no morals, no compassion and no ethics. The Mengeles are still alive and well. They only switched species. You disgust me.
Let the animals go—how dare you test on dogs.
This VA hospital is using our hard earned tax money to torture beagle puppies. They are severing the spines, then killing them! Testing on animals has been PROVEN to be INEFFECTIVE and OUTDATED! So why would a VA hospital continue to do this? Many in congress and military vets also oppose this practice, we can only assume they like to torture animals.
Any place that still does testing on animals should be shut down. We are no better than any of those countries our troops fought against when we do stuff like this.
this is the worst hospital system out there. they label anyone younger that Vietnam vets as pill seekers and let RNs diagnosis and do what the doctor is spose to do. this system is the WORST!! I'd rather die the be seen here again.
