I have been to Cleveland and Akron VA all the staff and doctors are the best!
How this place gets more than 4 stars baffles me. I am rating it with 2 rather than 1 because it HAS gotten better over the years but still has a long way to go. I'm a disabled caucasian female vet and I've experienced racism (towards me) from African American staff and unprofessional sexual advances. There was even a time when I took off work for blood lab results in which case they LOST. My husband is a Veteran of 20 years. He has never had issues with appointments or anything else. They have treated him very well. He had surgery a few weeks ago and everything went great. There were a couple hiccups but the Dr immediately told me (us) about it and I respect that. When I was visiting for my husbands surgery everyone was very kind and helpful. Great hospital!
Shout out to the nurses and staff on 5A! My husband had surgery last Tuesday and he was discharged Saturday! They truly took great care of him!!! Thank you!
Rude staff. This place is horrible. They run hours behind and treat veterans like trash.
All the staff were very kind and helpful. Going above and beyond the call of duty. Also very clean.
