I took my 83 year old dad to the Cleveland VA on 9-25-17. All of our appointments were on time. In fact, one took us in 15 minutes early! I especially want to thank the Escort team who guided us in the correct direction, Reggie who pointed us to the purple hallway, Ashley the Social Worker who assisted us with the Aid and Attendance paperwork, Neel, the Neurology Resident who was so thorough and had a great sense of humor and all of the rest of the doctors and staff that we saw yesterday. So you kill rescue dogs for research - I hope you lose all your jobs and your VA sinks - you filthy rats.
My dad recently had a major life changing surgery here. I could not believe the love and compassion everyone showed not only him but all of the family. I always knew the va was great but this summer really showed just how wonderful and life changing this hospital truly is to all veterans and their families.
I have the utmost respect for everyone we have been in contact here at the VA. The love and care given to my husband while he is dealing with health issues is over the top! Love to you all, and keep it up! <3
Most of the staff is great Food is not very good I am satisfied and think they did the best they could do for a guy like me!!!
