I love working at the Cleveland VAMC. I also receive my care and as a Veteran I am very confident and happy with the care I receive.
Their customer service, front line people are rude and lazy. It has gotten better, but still pretty terrible. Went to urgent care and waited 2 hours for vitals, then another 2 to be seen. There were only 3 other people waiting. If you need treatment, it's best to go by ambulance.
Intern found 'Cobblestones' in my left eye during exam. We talked about our LOVE for donuts.
The receptionist were friendly and curious very helpful. I was there for two plus hours, taking text for glaucoma the time went quickly. The medical personal was very professional.
Thanks to my peeps @ Cleveland VA Medical Center. Got me fixed in time to go see James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt at Blossom. Hi five to Vascular team. Fifth floor nurses, second floor nurses,Yo Pam, Hey Karl,,almost to the end of my journey to get my prostetic leg/foot...Thanks Wade Park
Actually, I'm still in the Hospital! The Pacemaker procedure had to be postponed due to my blood Coagulation test was low! Should be able to have the Surgery tomorrow morning and go home on Friday afternoon!
