Although I had quite a few problems with denials of claims that were Authorized, when I messaged them directly here on FB instead of just through the mail, it was handled professionally and in a fast manner. so I do know that they are improving quite a bit in the claims department. The dental program has always been very professional. The only thing that I can see that needs help is the phone answering system. Otherwise, they are improving their services for the benefit of veterans.
