It was good until the surgery unit down the purple hall. The lady with all the freckles was a bitch to a lot of veterans. Wouldn't check no one in until there appt time. She was really awful to one after the other ladies left for lunch she was turning veterans like crap!!! There was no need for that. They were nice to her.
Your facility is improving so much! My father saw Michelle Clapton and her patience, caring, and professionalism was beyond what is expected!
Been trying everyday to contact the non va help line for a status on an appeal. 45+ wait time every time and they are only open 10-2. Impossible to get ahold of. Claim should have never been denied in the first place now it is in my collections.
