The ER staff is amazing. Best I have ever met. The hospital its self is very clean and nice. BUT the specialty clinics are all but impossible to get a hold of. I've been trying to get a follow up at Pain Management for 3 weeks after a failed epidural in my back at the beginning of May. They finally called me back and got me an appointment for 29 days later (one shy of being able to see a civilan doctor). BUT when you do get in the services are top notch.

This place is a fucking joke... how can a pharmacist refuse a prescription a dr ordered for a patient? And to sit there and see an older gentleman freeze his ass off asking for a blanket multiple times just to be ignored is just plain absurd. They finally gave the gentleman a sheet 2 hrs later.
Food was could most of the employees acted like I was not there had to make up my own bed never will I go on the 5 the floor it took 2 hours to get a room after procedure I was in room 134 every time somebody came to the room they did not nock on the door my care taker was afraid
