It's a life saver.� My experience was good and the people very helpful. Been going there for years noticed a big difference lately in service it's much better.
Wish there were more staff for the emergency room!! Those precious Drs & Nurses were bustin their asses all day to serve & care for not only the patients but family members of the patients... GREAT JOB ER!!! You all deserve more help!
This was my first time at the Cleveland VA and from all of the bad press the VA gets I was expecting a long wait. My appointment was at 11 and I was sitting in the doctors office at 11:10. I must also say that I was pleasantly surprised by my new doctor. She had mentioned that see reviewed my file the night before. She was one of the most thorough pulmonary doctors I have ever seen.
My wife had gall bladder surgery on 21st and it was a great and pleasant experience..Dr. Wong was informative and explained everything we needed to know..ty va hospital...
I always get excellent care when I'm at the VA, never an issue.
