Awesome place ! I have had veterans from other states come here and we're jealous of the Cleveland VA Hospital and one was moved to tears!
Appointment at 8. X ray, prescription order and pick up out of there by 11. Great job Louis Stokes VA!
I was very impressed with the profionalism, as well as pleasant and kind, willing to help in anyway , and most of all responding to the patient saying "ThanYou For Your Service ".
This is my 2nd week coming to this hospital and I must say the staff in the emergency room department, ICU department and the main hospital staff were very friendly and provided me with good service. I am unable to name all the staff members who were on duty during my care, but if you look up my name, you will be able to see who I am referring to as far as staff members. My husband , who had been approved for VA medical in the fall of 2016, was given a routine preventative colonoscopy at the age of 59 through VA. First one ever. Test results came came back positive for stage 3 colon cancer! Wow...what a life changer! We cannot say enough to thank the VA hospital & staff. Everything from the initial colonoscopy to surgery, then chemotherapy happened quickly, and easily. As of today, he has one more round of chemo (his 12th) in 2 more weeks. My brother in in the Hospice Unit. His nurse was very professional, empathic, welcoming, and helpful to us. She also made us aware of my brothers needs and limitations. We talked to the emergency intake person because wasn't sure if we were in the right place, they were very helpful and friendly. This was the climate throughout the hospital. Thank you for your hospitality...it matters !!!!!!!
Very nice people work here. We're very concerned and very straightforward as to what was going on with my father in law. Fast service.
