Went in for double hernia surgery. Everyone was awesome. Everyone explained their roles in the surgery and they made me feel at ease. I know that the VA has received a bad rap, but my experience at this facility was exceptional.
My mother who is a Marine tried to kill herself a few months ago because of the people where she is a volunteer so we called the police and EMS and they recommended that we take her to Tri-point and so we took her there and then they called the Wade Park VA asking if they could bring her to the VA facility and so they did. The social worker was excellent when she talked to me and my dad, the staff was excellent, my mother made friends with the other patients and the staff, the staff was very professional and they really help... read more
Every one was friendly and helpful. I wish they could have had more staff during the late hours to help more. Very nice er tho.
My boyfried who is a Vietnam Nam Vet, had excellent care on his knee surgery. Five stars for this one!!!
I was checked in for right hip replacement Friday morning, this was the second hip replacement in 3 1/2 months. Dr Wera and his team did a great job as always, and I was released this (Sunday) afternoon. The staff in all aspects that took care of me was great as always.
I have had nothing but great experiences with all the Doctors, nurses and staff at both the Wade Park and Parma VA locations. Love you guys.
On 8/1 I had a Common Femoral Artery Endarterectomy with patch angioplasty. Surgery was successful. On 8/29 I went back in because the incision became infected and had 2 surgeries to remove the infected tissue. I now have a wound vacuum to heal the wound. Both stays were 8 days long. I want to commend the Cleveland VA, i could not have asked for better care from the surgeons to the cleaning crew. They all displayed such care and commitment to my healing.
