This is one of the incompetent hospital systems I have ever had been in. My brother transferred her from Long Beach, Ca, to be near his family for his cancer treatment. So far they inserted tubes in his kidneys. The right one leaked continuously until they FINALLY replaced it a week late. Discharged to my home, 65 miles away, over both of our objections. He was home one day and had to be transported to a local hospital because he was so ill. He had and infection in his kidney from the right tube. He was diagnosed as have kid... read more

I just want to say THANK YOU EVERYONE at the VA HOSPITAL of CLEVELAND! It has been the week from hell and I'm telling you, Everyone couldn't of been NICER to us. My husband had to have a few serious tests and the Staff was superb. Great People and outstanding service. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts and thank you Jesus for our wonderful results!! Life is good and God is GREAT!!! Thank you all and God BLESS ALL OF YOU!
My stepdad was just discharged after excellent care n the coronary care unit. He was happy at all the surgeons and doctors that tended to his issues. The VA even sent a car to drive him 3 hours one way to get up there from Columbus! Thank you!
Today February 9th, 2016 I accompanied my father in law to his appointment at this VA facility. While waiting in a waiting area in the xray/CT scan area I and several other non family members witnessed a very unprofessional "transfer" of an non amblitory patient. While in full view of others in the waiting room area, 3 nurses transferred him from one chair to another all while completely exposing this man's rear end to everyone there! Today I accompanied my father for an outpatient surgery. Both him and I were extremely pleased with the service we received. Everyone that we came in contact with from the security guard that helped us find our way, to the nurses, and the doctors. We had such a wonderful experience!! I think my dad is trying to find more things wrong with him so he can get back in there! I'd like to say thank you to everyone that was working 5B today. Huge shout out to the Cleveland VA system. From the moment my Dad registered, they didn't see a white man or a black man, all they saw was a very sick old man that had served his country FOR THEM. Although it was a full house, they attended to him. The Dr came out to the waiting room to assure him she was reviewing his records and he would get a room as soon as one opened. Still terrible on my 9th visit, I arrive 1/2 hour early for an appointment and it's now ten minutes past appointment time two people have been called back
I came today to visit my uncle and not only was I impressed at how beautiful the hospital was. But it truly touched my heart to see how absolutely wonderful the nurses and staff are to the patients. How they treat them with the respect they deserve. How they treat them like the ture American heros they are. The are kind and caring and gentle they were so thank you guys for being so wonderful to our heros
