One of my dear friends, a veteran, just had her 27th surgery here and the treatment she is receiving is absolutely shameful. She has been sobbing in pain and laughed at by the nurses while they intentionally bump her bed into the wall. I have never heard of such abusive treatment of a patient. I will be contacting the Director as well as Ohio Veterans' Affairs to report this, as well as anyone else that I can find who will listen.
Very pleased with the services given to me. I feel much better with the support they've given me.
I want to thank the hospice team at Cleveland's Veteran VA that really takes care of our love ones and have gave me great relief when I have to leave my loved one (Corey my son) in their care they help take the guilt away. THanks to Isla (the second Mom) Mary and Mary, Martha, Diane ( who just retired) Kelli his hair braider, Bridget, Ellen, Kathy and eveyone on the floor. Love all and God Bless for the work you do. Tired of the cover ups at the Wade park VAH, especially the one they did to me on `19, April 2007. I have it on audio tape the patient advocate says it was all done to scare and intimidate me. Tired of the retaliations done against me for this covber up, 6 years to replace equipment i needed to use everynight, 3 years to repalce my electric scooter, 2 years to replace my diabetic shoes. I will not be silent on the 19, April 2007 issue as that is the day the man I was died.

Thanks to all the Heart Dr.s, Kidney Dr.s, Nurses, Physical Therapy, nurses aides, & everyone who took such good care of my husband while he was a patient there for the past week. They really care about all the vets!! Thanks so much for everything!! God Bless all of you!!
