I wish to thank the Cleveland VA Medical Center for my treatment after having a stroke. I want to thank the staff on Cardiology ward, the Cardiologist, and the people from 5A and my Neuro team who quickly diagnosed and treated my stroke with almost NO impairment/disability at all. My experiences with the Cleveland VA have ALWAYS been top notch. Bravo, Ms Director, and the entire staff!!
I've had good experiences with Cleveland VA....never a dropped appointment, called in for appointments and never had to wait longer than 5 days. Keep up the good work !
The Cleveland VA medical center is the best.All this negative reporting on other VA hospitals is sad. The Cleveland VA is and always was a caring well managed facility. Can"t say enough good things about Cleveland's VA.
As a Vietnam Veteran with a service connected disability, I use the VA hospital in Cleveland and Ravenna. I also have private insurance. I have found "most" employees friendly and wanting to be of assistance. I was watching Fox News this AM and they had on a VFW Post Commander from Ariz. who indicated he was dropped from the system after 13 months. Outstanding Facility, with even better people working there. I can't say the same about the cafe workers though, despite being in one of the greatest hospitals in the nation they still find the need to be negative in the presence of sick people and that doesn't make a good fit. I had to ask my grandma to go find us a table so that when I ripped the ignorant ladies a new one she didn't hear me.

When I was in the CITI program, I got absolutely awesome care in Cleveland. And my husband has never had any problems with his care. We're very grateful to everyone who works there to help my husband stay healthy.
I am so thankful for the VA medical, but I have high blood pressure, enlarged heart, and still waiting to see a specialist after a 1 1/2 now saw another temp doctor in canton ohio, they go thru them fast their. She said I'll get you into Parma, no word calls nothing, I call no return calls.
