Doctors and nursing staff were great, especially over the holidays. My only concern was the patient food! What medical professional would bring chili and spicy French fries to someone who had just had an upper GI and colonoscopy?! The food for my Dad's entire 6 day stay was neither nutritious or tasty...
I know people there whom I can praise: Cindy Gammella, Keith Dickson, Jamie Coleman and some of the other patient reps who have helped me. I frankly miss Dr Abdelmannan. Special praise for Dr McDermott and her Assistant, Debra. One of the best dentists Ive ever met. Most of my teeth are finally repaired after years of waiting and pain. I had the most wonderful experience- coming from out of town to visit my brother and there was an off duty patient escort that happen to hear where I was going to see my brother and he volunteered to take me- well thank God- because it was the wrong floor- this awesome man- on is own time, KIVAN ( last name unknown) searched the floors with me in tow until he delivered me right to my brothers doors- at hospice- What an awesome experience!!!! Went to the 'beautiful' Parma clinic for a cardio appt on Aug 27, 2013. I live in Barberton, OH and was so glad I didn't have to travel all the way to Wade Park. There was plenty of parking, didn't have to walk far at all. I have an appointment to have an 'echo' done of my heart at Parma. Thanks for a great clinic and for saving me the stress of driving to Wade Park.
I've never had BETTER med. care ever. I feel very lucky to have it so close to me.
The Cleveland VA is very bad, i waited for over 30 min on the phone to get transferred to a different person where there was phone problems and i was hung up on. This is why i try to avoid this place as much as i can. Now i get to wait again to try to talk to someone.
I have used the emergency room several times and it takes 6 hours to get thru it. They only have 1 or 2 docs on duty at anytime.
