Had an awesome experience there for my surgery yesterday I'm sure it helped a little that I work there, I was treated like a VIP! Everyone was so nice, Dr Garren is an awesome surgeon. Would highly recommend this place.

Had shoulder surgery. In therapy now and the therapist are really good to me
It's a great facility and wonderful staff. However I feel they really don't want to dig too deep into a diagnosis. Just throw meds at you and go away. It's good for when the clinic is closed and need a quick fix. Better than going to the main hospital for ER service for something simple. You're in and out quick but probably won't get any answers.
Everyone was helpful and professional. They legitimately seemed to enjoyed their jobs and working there. Took great care of me and answered all questions. Very nice facility.

Full disclosure. My husband and I both work for UW Health. My experience as a patient was nothing short of amazing. I had a micro discectomy and left The American Center four hours later. My husband started laughing and said, "do you realize you just had surgery on your spine and we are going home already?" Everyone was so friendly. The environment was calm and relaxing. I was impressed.
