The ER is fantastic with great RN's and docs.unfortunately it seems like TAC is just a feeder for University downtown. If you need anything more than ER care, like IV infusion therapy, you have to go downtown daily. They don't even have an ICU. Again they ship you downtown! I'd give them 5 stars if they were even close to a full service hospital. From now on we go to Meriter!
Unbelievable care and friendly helpful people It was a positive experience
Friendly staff and beautiful inside and out. However Dr. Brown was rude and unsympathetic. As if battling cancer is not enough, he thinks working out and going on a diet should solve all problems. Very disappointed with this doctor. All other doctors at UW have been amazing. Wish I could have felt the same way about Dr. Scott Brown.

Beautiful facility. Courteous employees and very helpful. No long lines or waiting time. Excellent nurses, great technical teams, technology , latest testing equipment. Excellent physicians and the hospital and ER departments have great helpful care. I have had the best care and experiences at the American Center. It is also much closer to our home, without the heavy traffic in Madison.
