Everyone is so "friendly" and "caring". The atmosphere is so warm. We wished our Doctor was stationed at this location. A big "THANK YOU" to the entire "STAFF"!!!
Took my daughter here to c the spine dr for her back and the dr was really nice, we liked her. And she had us schedule an appointment for an MRI for my daughter which was fine. The scheduling lady came in and she took forever. She was in there for almost an hour with us just to schedule an appointment. That was rediculous, it dont take that long to schedule an appointment.
Awesome staff from the ER folks checking me in, nurses and doctors diagnosing the problem with my stomach pain, the surgeons and support staff in the OR, and the after care nurses and staff getting me back on my feet.
Best staff very friendly I felt In really good hands. And i complement each one in person.UW is like another world compared to any of the Rockford hospitals.
My husband had back surgery on 1/23/17 at the UW American Center with Dr Z. We were so impressed with Dr Z and the staff from day one. The confidence and care from the staff is just remarkable. The 4th floor nursing staff were like family to us. The dietary and housekeeping staff were so friendly and accommidating to us. We would recommend Dr Z and the UW American Center to everyone.
It was great and very calming. I had hand surgery yesterday and everyone was awesome!!
The West side hospital does a great job on trauma patients. Does this new one land Med Flight and work trauma?
