My first time here at The American Center. Everyone was wonderful from the receptionist checking me in. . to the tech doing my Ultrasound. . to the man walking around with that adorable dog visiting patients. . .to the employees who made my smoothie and of course to my Doctor & his staff.�. This location was closer for me than driving into Madison. I love it.
My wife had her thyroid removed and Dr sippel did her surgery and did a wonderful job and also her staff is great also all the nurses in prepping her and recovery were wonderful. I would recommend that hospital it is a beautiful place. And also very informative always updating me on how my wife's surgery was going . I loved the pager system also. Thank you all again you were all wonderful you should be proud of how you deal with patients and comforting family members while there in surgery.
