Took good care of me friendly staff no wait for room discharge was a little slow
My husband had shoulder surgery yesterday, best orthopedic team I've ever experienced!
I got there ahead of my appointment and was actually in and out before the actual time of my appointment. It's a beautiful clinic and the registration staff and medical staff were wonderful.
I have just started an inquiry into spinal fusion, which would ameliorate a long standing back problem. I met with a physicians assistant (who, sometimes I have more faith in than MD's. Don't tell the MD's). She was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to discuss the situation with. I'm off to a good start!!
Had my back surgery done about eight weeks ago at the U.W. hospital and followup at the new place. Beautiful and everyone was helpful and great. Love the place.
From the nurses, to the doctors, to the initial greeters and the janitors, everyone was friendly and made it a great experience. Was very nervous going in, but they put all my worries at ease.
My husband had shoulder sugery at the American Center with Dr. Baer. From the time we were checked in we were treated with respect and a friendly face. Everyone was super chatty and made us feel super comfortable. The pager system and assistance of staff behind the check in desk to provide updates and escort me to various rooms for updates were awesome as well. Everything was timely like they said in our preadmit appt. I would recommend the american center for sure!
Dr Tueting and his staff are awesome!! This was my third surgery by him n I wouldn't want anyone else-he goes above n beyond to help his patients-he is one of the best doctors I have ever had-thank you so much
