Quiet helpful atmosphere. Had two surgeries and many clinic visits. Usually always on time, calm environment, easy to find locations, helpful staff.
Great experience - for a hospital!!!!! Beautiful location, staff were happy - almost as if they enjoyed their jobs. The only thing that wasn't at a 5 star level was food service and that was only because they were short staffed. Compassionate and caring people working there - from the surgeons, anesthesiologists right down to the valet vehicle parkers.
I had a spinal fusion and went home the next day. Thank you Dr. Seth Williams and your staff for all you did for me. I got my life back.
Close parking was always available. There was a friendly receptionist right inside the front entrance to instruct us with directions, very helpful!!
I was there today and had a great experience. Molly J did my ultrasound and was wonderful. The doctor was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great ER staff! Quickly got in and received superior care! Great to have UW on the East side.
The care given to me by the doctors, nurses and other staff was phenomenal, and I want to thank them all for making my hospital stay such a great experience. I'm glad you're in a location close to my home!
We had the absolute best experience at The American Center ER tonight. I am a RN, and was blown away by the attentive, professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable care that we received. Also, it's such a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. Such a gem so close to home! Thank you!
Had a great experience. So many Thank You's to all the staff. Our family is very grateful that the surgery went great and Charlie is home. Small steps but he will be back before we know it... Thank you for that! God Bless.
