Worst company EVER!!!!!! I purchased a car on 3/5/2022. upon leaving the dealership the check engine light went on and the car would accel passed 40 MPH. I drove back to the dealership but they had already closed for the night and the next day was Sunday. I called them on Monday and was told that I could exchange it. however I was told that the car I purchased was the only car that they would finance me for. They wouldn't even give me a dealer plate to test drive and told me to drive around the parking lot. no check engine l... read more

My fiance was in a car wreck on February. He called US AUTO SALES CALL CENTER asap and filed a claim. And was told the adjuster would call him within 3-5 business days to give him the claim number and they would go look at the car. The car is still sitting at the ******** CENTER where he paid money out of pocket for towing and to have the car just sitting there a whole **** MONTH. Now every time he calls the non fluent English agent constantly tell him to just wait for a call from the adjuster. There's no way it should take ... read more

US Auto is the absolute worst car dealership to deal with. And unfortunately due to poor credit or financial issues a lot of people have to use them. But if you can go anywhere else at all cost avoid this company. My car was involved in an accident and I wasnt at fault. Air bags deployed and the car was deemed a total loss. The person at fault insurance paid the value of the car and the *** Insurance I purchased was supposed to cover the balance of the car. This is the worst company ever!!! Do NOT purchase a car from them! My car payments are paid and not behind at all. I went to start my car this morning to get my ******** off to school and work. The beeping disable sound came on & my car would not start. I tried to call them but they were closed so I had to wait a hour to call and by this time already I was late for work! I bought a car off of us auto..was told that if I kept the car for two years that I could up grade with no money down..I took the car back that I had for two years and ask for a upgrade..Almost an hour later...I was told that for some reason that I would have to keep the Car another year . They didn't up hold their end...The real reason they didn't want to trade up was because the car has 1,35000 miles they can't resell the car...and since I was not supposed to be put money down...They would not gain from the deal..So they b... read more

Well I can say the service with u guys have been a 2 outta 5 until I met ************** or Mim in the recovery dpt.sorry sir for the miss spelling. Well i had choose to get my car from US Auto on my birthday last year in March. Soon after that we hit this pandemic.
