I have had my jeep for 34 days. This is the second time its been in the shop. US Auto sales is basically telling me I have to pay for over $1400.00 in repairs. And I havent made my first car payment yet. This is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service representatives. They do not care about their customers just getting their money. Ive had my car a exact year and already at 6mo the transmission, alternator, heater hose, battery, and a/c needed repairs. Majority I had to cover out of pocket because I desperately needed to get to work, They will lock your car at any moment demanding money regardless if the car is in the shop. I have had the worst experience with this company. We bought a car and have been making payments have the proof and they keep showing on the account as past due. I have reached out to them multiple times and cant get know one to return a call. This place has the worst costumer service and Im about to look into get ****** reach out to them.

We purchased a car from them on may 26th 2022, the very same day as we were driving home the check engine light came on. While in the dealership I asked for the car fax and I noticed there was no mention of the transmission being serviced, so I told the sales person this and she said, oh they don't always put everything that's done to the car on there. I purchased a 2013 **** escape and bought the extended warranty along that US auto sale offered me in August 2021 and in July 2022 the timing belt broke and destroyed the motor and I was well within my warranty limits and had all the regular maintenance done to it and they denied my claim and do not want to help me fix it want me to pay money to help them fix it when my warranty states that they will fix the problem now theyre refusing the claim after talking to the home office and the insurance company that US auto sales re... read more

I bought a car from Us Auto in ********** ** on June 20, 2022 and car broke down on June 28, 2022. Beware of this company. I have never dealt with such ignorance in my life. If I could give them a negative review I would. There are several car dealerships in the ATL metropolitan, but the sales people here act as if they are doing you a favor to sell you a over priced car with high mileage.Also, there staff gets flustered very easily. I purchased a 2013 ******* Sants Fe from US Auto Sales in ********** ** location in Sept. 2021.
