I first purchased a car from US Auto Sales (2015 Equinox) on April 15th, 2022. The car went out 3 days later. I had to go through the whole process of getting it towed to *** Boys for *** Boys to come to me a week later to say it's an engine issue and they don't fix that. So US Auto finally agreed to give me five days to switch out to another car. I ended up switching to a 2016 ******* Santa Fe Sport on April 30th, 2022. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM US AUTO SALES I HAD MY CAR FOR 1 Month MY AIR CONDITIONER WENT OUT AND MY EMISSIONS HAS ISSUES A 2015 ***** TRAVERSE I LOST MY JOB AND WAS ASKING FOR EXTENSION THEY SAID THEY DONT HELP WITH THAT I ALSO MADE A PAYMENT AND THEY CUT MY CAR OFF IN 1 DAY DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM US AUTO SALES THEY STILL HA MY CAR UNDER THE PREVIOUS OWNER THEY **** I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHUT US AUTO SALES DOWN

I am an employer attempting to send an income verification for a current customer of **********************. She was given a fax number for us to use to send her verification. I faxed it the same day she requested it, when she was still in the office. That was Friday 4/29/2022. Today is Tuesday, May 3. This morning, she came in and said when she called, they had not received the fax (despite my fax server telling me it was complete on Friday). She said they asked her to have me email it. I had a ****************************************************************************** to sign off and go somewhere else to purchase me a car. Basically told me that I had to purchase another car from them to be able to sign off of the **** escape and now I've been having a problem with the Cadillac converter had the car less than one year so that was a pre-existing problem but they will not fix it for me to text it it will cost $3,200. Bad business. I brought a car in Jan. 2022. Drove the car for 3 weeks. Got put in shop. Now its the end of April and my car is still in shop. Car been in shop more than I even drove it since I got it.

I got an approval to get my car refinanced with the credit union since my credit score had improved significantly over the 3 years that I have had been financed with them .My car was running perfectly fine, had just passed inspection 3 days prior, *** has replaced my engine last year due to a recall, and my battery ,alternator and starter are all new. On Friday night April 1st, 2022. I wish we had never come back after Friday night April 1st when ****** so rudely brushed us off when she realized that we had no paperwork. (No this is not an April fools joke.) Then, ****** told me on Monday that she would call me first thing Tuesday morning when she got in. Lie #1. I don't understand how this company remains in business! This company is an absolute nightmare! Hasn't been 30 days since purchase and I'm stuck with a piece of c*** car that won't crank. I've called customer service 10 times in one day trying to get the situation resolved. I was told that the car had been disabled due to past due payment. I bought a car from *** Auto sales. In February of 2022 the year he car was deemed a total lost. At the time of the Total loss I owed a little of $12,000. The car a 2015 Dodge Journey was valued at a little of $17,000. Between myself and my insurance adjuster. We reached to get a letter of guarantee to receive my payoff amount.
